Our Peaberry is only offered in a light/medium roast at this time as that is the roast that best highlights all the characteristics of this unique coffee!

Known in Spanish as “caracolillo”. Peaberries are an anomaly that occurs in less than 10% of coffee where only one, rather than two, seeds develop inside a coffee cherry.

This “bean” takes a pea-shaped form - hence the name peaberry! Peaberries are prized for their scarcity as well as their unique flavor profile! We sort our peaberry out from our other coffee so that we can offer you a cup of just peaberries! If you haven’t had peaberry before and want to compare it to “normal” coffee, our closest roast is the Celeste Roast. Buy a bag of both and try them side by side! Or, get our tasting gift pack!
