Our Merry Morning is our special South Kona Typica, uniquely fermented with cinnamon bark. It's a festive twist on our signature coffee, perfect for cozy holiday mornings and winter gatherings.

Tasting Notes

  • almond, cocoa, brown sugar, green apple, graham cracker, with subtle cinnamon warmth

The “Washed process” method is the most common way of wet milling coffee in Hawaii and worldwide. Most coffee drinkers are very familiar with washed processed coffee, which makes this a great introduction to our coffees!

Washed Processed means that the fruit of the coffee is pulped, and the natural sugars (mucilage) are stripped from the beans using water (hence the name “washed”) before laying them out to dry.

Misma Lani coffee grows on a 5-acre farm in Honaunau, Hawaii. This estate thrives at 1200 Ft Elevation on Mauna Loa’s slopes. Rich with volcanic soil, tropical rain showers, and plenty of sun we are proud to produce gourmet coffee beans. Planted in the traditional Hawaiian style, our Kona-typica varietal trees date back over 100 years! A true Hawaiian heritage we are grateful to continue it’s craft today. Our beans are hand-picked at peak ripeness and sun-dried to give you rich delicious flavors of the Kona.
